Severe tired-look/dark circles eyes

I have neglected my health and skin care for over 16 years, reached 115kg weight for 7 years, then went down to ~78kg at the moment.

Younger kid me as reference. My skin was white and glowing, and my eyes looked fine

So any recommendations plz?

They actually improved alot since i started losing weight and using face wash lately to help skin

Which makes me hopeful my skin can get better. Only issue is, I don't really know best recommended guides to improve my skin

Is this for my eyes wrinkles only? Or overall?

Because as you can see, my skin got so reddish and weirdly toned in past 2 years (i was depressed and in very bad time in my life)

no never use it for eye area
hmm maybe look into azealic acid, it decreases redness, evens out skin and reduces wrinkles
