I know this is necroing but I feel I must comment on this.

Though it's true that penis sensitivity does decrease with age (I'm 31 and I remember masturbation feeling better in my early 20s), I think it actually comes down mostly to 2 other things:

1. Hormones. Your test decreases with age as does your sex drive.

2. Sex is no longer novel. People underestimate how much of their 'pleasure' just comes down to pure arousal, which decreases with age because sex no longer feels 'perverted' if you know what I mean. Back in my early to mid-teens, I didn't have any access to porn (this was before easy access to internet porn) which meant that as late as 13-14 years old, sex was still this mysterious thing. When I first saw porn (from a VCR tape my friend stole from his dad) it was literally a mindblowing experience.
