For all you LOW T, normies who can't last longer than 5 minutes while stroking inside a vagina, you need to Staminamax. And the ideal way to do it is firstly, add 30mins-1hr of some form of cardio to your routine. Probably cycling is good, low impact and most gyms have spin bikes.
