Depends on what you think is causing it. Vertical (and horizontal) genio improved my mild sfs, but I still think the only way to fully fix it is with lf1 downgraft.

in my case i think its caused by a recessed mandible and bad mandibulary plane angle because my ramus is like tilted instead of being perpendicular to the ground
