shadow after shaving

What exactly is this called and how to get rid of it, every time I shave its there and I have to shave consistently because my facial hair grows pretty quickly (about a day after shaving I get the prickly hairs)

Not much you can do since the follicles are active , only way is lasering the hairs off , temporary solution could be to use bb cream to hide any shadow , i use to do this and worked quite well .

My sister has tinted sunscreen, idk if its the same but should I purchsae BB cream instead of using her ELF tinted suncreen
