Shaky hands and sweats

It is currently an hour after I had dinner I took 10mg accurate with it and 500mg berberine with a cinnamon tablet aswell, furthermore I also take 9ius HGH. In hour as passed and I nearly fell asleep and I noticed I’m hot slightly sweaty due to being hot but my hands are shaky. Last night I had a similar issue at 3am however my heart was racing which then would lead to more shakiness. I don’t believe I was hot or sweaty at that time. So what could this be can it be hyperglycaemia?

Sounds like hypoglycaemia actually, drop the berberine and see how you feel.

Yea I always get them mixed up but I might a LOW blood sugar problem, would eating carbs aswell befoe or after pinning help with it?
