Shampoo yes or no?

Me personally id say yes. Ofc you shouldnt abuse it. Ive tried no shampoo for 4 months and my hair was constantly stinky snd oily i had enough of it and hopped back on it. It mightve been cause of my dirty bedsheets but im not sure. Share yalls opinion
