Leanmaxxing is honestly the most important looksmax, any of us could just put the fork down for a few months and ascend hard. Heck all of us should be sitting at 10-12% bodyfat since we all know its the best range to be at facial wise etc.

I've gotten fatter over the holidays but I managed to go down from likle 15-16% bodyfat to 13% ish bodyfat, face getting leaner every day. Waking up leaner every day is such lifefuel man. Also getting more IOIs from foids (was invisible before). Even caught a girl pointing at me in the distance when I was getting my steps in this freezing weather.

How have you guys progressed with leanmaxxing?

Leanmaxxing is useless for most of the userbase here cause of insane recession or bad genetics of fat deposits.

But I agree its the most important.

Ive went from Obese to lean and it opened my eyes about how people are treating you only cause of your look.
Had woman approach me in the grocery store. Before I was just a meatball.

Why? You might be eating in a too big of a calorie surplus. ~200 calorie surplus seems to be the best to aim for daily

How have you guys progressed with leanmaxxing?
I have shit fat distibution genetics, so even if im not that high bf% i look fat asf. I bulked, but have since then lost around 10 kg.

Im skinny now, so idk if i should continue even tho it would ascend me hard if i did

Never bulk, that shit ruined me for almost a year

i lied, im not going invisible, still it sucks.
Never bulk, that shit ruined me for almost a year
i just need 10 more pounds of muscle, will be perma leanned after that

I'm against this.
People are afraid of bulking because they do it the wrong way. They eat in a 500+ calorie surplus and gain a lot of fat over time. Then they go on this cutting phase..

Its much smarter to already start quite lean (ideally below 15% bodyfat) and just eat a little over maintenance, lets say no more than 300 calories over maintenance MAX. This way, you're gonna gain visibly no bodyfat, while gaining muscle and getting stronger.

Legit. Leanmaxxing is the biggest looksmax you'll get. Especially if obese.

No reason to get fatter anyways. If u want to work out just do it while keeping bf% low

true maingaining is trash you need slight caloric surplus to build muscle imo

If thats you in the pic, bro honestly just lose a little more bf%

10-12% bf and you're good to go. No need for surgery if your bones are already decent

Leanmaxxing since two weeks now has went well 1300 calories daily

Crazy downgrown but still looks good but cant really tell without seeing eyes.
