brush with 1.5 to 3 percent hydrogen peroxide. If you can find higher then dilute it with water. brush every other day. Remember to also clean tongue for good breath. spoon or tounge cleaner.

Not asking you do fucking drink 20% dumbass, but 1.5% is nothing. It wont fuck your teeth up anymore than your sugarfilled goyslop and sodas.
