that is true, but, i guess it all depends on your own satisfaction with your skin quality, the thing that matters the most is that it minimizes the side effects largely. lots of celebrities/models/influencers/bodybuilders are on low dose accutane.

whats considered ultra low dose accutane?
my doc put me on 36mg weekly since october 1st. but sometimes i take 54mg weekly (3 pills).

It’s based on mg per kg body weight. 0.2-0.5 is low dose, 0.5-1mg/kg body weight is regular and anything higher is high dose

bad it’s bad anyway how old are you if you’re done with puberty try antibiotics first like doxycycline or tetracycline then also try high dose tret like .1% and your skincare routine better be immaculate or else accutane is too much

im on oral and topical anti boitics since 2 years. On Lymefine oral anti biotic for last 1 month everyday, already tried tret for 3 months didn’t work.

Accutane is the last hope. I’m 20 so done with puberty. I have a prescription skin care routine I’ve never missed it so I’ve tried everything basically

you're supposed to wait 30mins after applying tret, and don't mix with moisturizer unless it's premixed

i tried tret had the same experience, i'm on doxycicline now which is a lower risk version of accutane and it has been getting noticeably better already (i've been on 2.5 weeks)

I’ve been on Lymefine for 15 days + Azithromycin 500mg for 2 weeks and it has only fixed my back acne.

Face acne has reduced 50% but i wouldn’t call it a good result, + it’s not permanent like accutane

high dosages are deterministic of your weight. 70mg is high for me but 50mg is low for you. Go by your actual weight

no skin issues, maybe some mild dryness but that's curable with vaseline

my acne completely went away, yeah. i have a pimple like every couple of weeks, usually caused by sweat after sports or my girlfriend kissing me across my cheeks lmao
