It means in one eye your eyesight is significantly weaker than the other eye, causing improper vision and it makes it look like one eye is looking in one direction and the other is looking in another direction

I was only asking because in the picture you showed it kind of looked like you had a lazy eye but it might just be the frame freeze

You can tell by doing the lazy eye test either at home or at the doctor

the at home test goes as follows

first start recording your face, and then hold up one finger in the center
now look at the finger with both of your eyes
now stop the recording and go back and see if both eyes were symmetrically looking at the finger, if one eye was off, then that’s the lazy eye
