Is this a reliable stack for testosteron if i get it from the right source? No i wont do PEDS/SARMS (im coping)

If you have to supplement for testosterone it's over

its just cope, there isnt any "natural" pill to boost your T, all of them have been debunked, only way to boost/optimize your T is proper good food, active lifestyle and enough sleep.

those supplements arent going to do shit

shilajit is toxic

full of heavy metals
That makes two toxic substances with tongkat ali supposedly containing high trace amounts of heavy metals. That’s what happens when you purchase patented products from sketchy sources that extract ~2% purity from the material and mix it with other ingredients to lower manufacturing costs. If you aren’t getting tongkat straight from the plants in malaysia don’t even bother wasting your time

where do you think the heavy metals originate

My guess would be the importing of the exogenous additives that are used to create the capsule form, or it’s extracted from low end derivatives of the herb that have already occurring hints of toxicity. Perhaps they even accumulate when it’s out of touch, granted that companies store their products in warehouses for extensive periods and as a result could deteriorate. It could be something that needs immediate ingestion when in it’s readied state, but I doubt this is the case. It’s like how tuna contains mercury; this is probably a byproduct of environmental factors from the location in which the herb blooms.

i would think ingesting it straight from the plant rooted in the very mountains containing the heavy metals would not be a good idea

Malaysians are stupid gooks I wouldn’t be surprised. Is there really no literature explaining why it possesses these toxins?
