they are super noodles made from a fibre plant, so they literally just like eating pure fibre (what makes you feel full) So it is very low calories. I ate a load at a buffet earlier so had some 20 minutes ago cuz it's 2am and I am leanmaxxing.

Seems like it would be a useful device for that very situation when leanmaxxing right? U guys shud try. I don't feel super full or anything tho lol. Kinda like I need to shit.
