They’re ok to use for like a week or two, no more

Use them in peak anxiety moments to chill that day, make sure you won’t have to drive and I recommend you don’t even go outside at all if you took them

They are very addictive and begin to lose their effects after a few days bc you get used to the current dose, so keep in mind that they’re a very short lasting solution, ideally only used in particularly bad days, and that you could get addicted, so watch out for that
