Yesterday night was shit but now its also shit. Its fucking morning and daylight and the bad voices are saying mean stuff to me. Im thinking about taking medication to make them go away its just the last time i took 27 mg Concerta I had headaches the whole day and I felt sick (due to concerta). Yes I also dont know how ADHD meds make the voice go away but it works.
Good options:
18 mg Concerta = Nah I dont want to it would give me headaches probably
Rubifen (Generic version of Ritalin) = Probably but it never had a big effect on me and i dont know if it will make the voices go away.
Currently its okay, music helps keeping me distracted and then they dont talk but as soon as I think of them they start saying stuff.
I think i will take Rubifen.
