i honestly dont know many brands but i can list you a few things to avoid when you want to buy shampoo.
parabens, synthetic fragrances, silicones and
harsh sulfates like sodium lauryl sulphate.
make sure to buy plant-based surfactant. im not well educated in hair but i hope this reply would help
