I was talking to my friend about how i was thinking of my self if i had hollow cheeks, and he said some shit about if i really think of something thats realistic to my body, that it will happen to some slight degree. He said he had a bulbous nose tip and he said he daydreamed so much about the tip becoming small it eventually became small. The same shit can happen to muscles so maybe there is a tiny amount of truth to it
