yeah they are deep set, its just your orbital vector , its positive, fat grafts or some type of implant would fix that, maybe if your young enough mse and fm would fix it

they are pretty rare
my eyelashes hella long u can see from second pic its just theyre straight and dont curve upwards so they aint noticable

can u show me an example of a good maxxilla compared to mine cuz i dont see it

jordan barret per exemple, if you had a very good maxilla, your eyes wouldnt hollow out or you would have your wisdom teeth and a very wade palate

i have my wisdom teeth and a wide palate lol my face is compact and wide af to

u dont think a fat transfer can fix it? how come east asians dont have good maxxilla but have perfect under eyes
But east Asians are mutant subhumans. Fat transfer will only cover it up.

You seem to have the same mid-face structure as me as far as i know. We both have poor midface support and slight eye protrusion. The main cause of your under-eye bags is likely not hollowness. You can feel it if you move your finger from next to your nose to your under-eyes. Do your under-eyes appear inward or outward? I think for both of us, it's a mix of poor infraorbital support and slight eye protrusion. It's not a huge deal if you maintain good skin, and I think I look fine with it, though, of course, it could look better without. If it really bothers you, you could look into fat grafting or infraorbital implants if it's more severe. There are also surgeries to make your eyes more deeply set, but they're riskier. Just hope fat grafting works well for your situation. To figure out exactly what’s going on, you’d need a professional since the placement of the eye, bone, and fat is complicated, and it can be tough to pinpoint the exact cause or mix of factors.
