Im 17 and knew about this since 13, looked everywhere online and havent found a fix yet. I just have a short and small mandible on the skeletal level + deep bite.

If youre young go to an orthodontist (NOT ONE THAT EXTRACTS TEETH you want one that has maxillofacial knowledge instead of just dental knowledge jaws >>>> teeth) its over for me tho need an osteotomy probably

High amounts of animal products. Including raw milk. Go to the beach a lot to get as much sun as possible
