short mandible surgery recs?

my bone structure is kinda like this from the side profile. is this caused by down growth?(my cheekbones are quite high) but i also lack chin projection like this guy. what surgeries would you guys recommend? should i prefere bimax? or just get chin implants and jaw implants?

Completely depends. If only mandible is recessed bsso. With no chin projection you’d want Genio. But I feel like a lot of people who say the problem is their mandible also have recessed maxilla so you’d prolly just go bimax for the maxilla advancement
