Realizing this about short men after realizing how my 5'6 psychopathic, macchivellean uncle damaged my psyche my whole life.
The problem with short men is because they feel no security in themselves, they demand far too much of people around them. They're clingy, they guilt trip people, they're beligerent, they're easily threatened.
They bring everything down to the gutter. Make everything petty and miserable.
I was like this but worse the past 5-6 years.
The good thing is, being a man is rewarding if you're actually willing to be honest with yourself and work on your weaknesses.
This is just impromptue, but here is something you can do as a short man to not be a cunt:
-accept that you need to defend yourself at all times. Don't hide behind a tall man or seek for others to defend you. Also, don't be in delusion about the reality that you need to be in your body and aware of threats. If an aggressive looking guy (ie a big guy who wants to make his presence felt around you) approaches, get in your body and stand your ground. Admit if you're afraid, and stay in your body anyway. Don't run away from the primal reality
-Stop making people's reactions to you as bigger than they are. Allow people to be people. Allow people to have flaws- you have flaws too, as do I. It's human. If a person acted a certain negative way to you, it probably was an afterthought for them. They weren't sitting there laughing at you, trying to fuck with you or something. Your manlet mind wants to replay it over and over again, making it bigger than it is. Just let it go. Don't grow threatened, but at the same time intensify the first point I made- that YOU have to defend your spot on earth. Become someone who lives in the body
-Don't become angry and jaded. This is where tunnell vision and actually going for what you want is so important. No matter how people initially treat you because of your height, keep an open heart with the world and people. Be kind to yourself, don't hold yourself to retarded standards- get in touch with your humanity- your weaknesses, your needs, your desire to enjoy your life rather than fulfil people's expectations....and go for it. Really live your truth and take some risks. Focus only on that- on the life you're living. Don't look at what other people are doing.
