Shorter than expected at 17

I turned 17 in june and i'm currently 185/186cm. My parents are 191 and 170, taking this into account I think I should be alot taller, yet I still need to look up talking to my own dad....at 17. Even my 14 year old brother is closing in on me being already 178-180cm. My height prediction was like 193

When I was 14 I was only 160cm with 0 armpit hair and squeaky voice. When I turned 16 I was 177cm max.

Is that considered a late bloomer? And do I have any hope of growing taller because It kinda sucks being this height in finland.

most likely a late bloomer, you're supposed to get your dad's height if not 2 inchs taller. it doesn't have to do with nutrition or anything.
