I’m 140lb 5’9 and maybe 16-17% bodyfat
Barely any muscle and more fat than you’d expect for my weight, I’ve been basically eating at a small deficit - maintenance with high protein while working out 6 days a week
Ik bulking is what people say skinny fat niggas should do first but that would brutalize my face even more than it is now. Literally cannot bare to have even one more atom of fat on my recessed jaw.
How is my strategy?
