Should I be worried about this?

Basically, I just got my hgh in today, and it’s supposed to be 36iu/vial, 360 total. Looking at the lyophilized powder, all of them seem to be at the same amount except one vial, which seems to have a double dose. What do i do?

My boy who’s been on their gear for 6 months has gained like 60 pounds lol so i think the gear is chill but it might be double dosed. the nigga js got banned off telegram so idk how me or my boy r gonna get in contact w him again

Fuck bro still i wouldn’t risk it maybe toss the vial or put it aside until you can ask the guy u bought it from
