If I were you I'd grow it out and get a flowy, messy medium-length cut to maximize appeal rather than bleach it. You got really good potential to be an ethnic robust pretty boy slayer, hair's the biggest thing holding you back imo.

Aight so for softmaxxin there's not many flaws, other than a wide nose from the front. There is in fact a softmax that can somewhat shrink the nose: https://looksmax.org/threads/updated-nose-size-reduction-via-softmaxing-guide.1324837/ (not my thread, but it's best of the best/BOTB)

Also yeah that hair looks good, maybe something longer to hide the tips of your ears as they're a bit flared. Start curling your eyelashes (dw, it's not gay) because it can give the appearance of a more positive canthal tilt and it adds more female dimorphism -> you have more appeal with girls 20-25.
