Boiled ultra pasteurized milk is good for you and healthier than raw milk and animals blood according to experts.

oh yes. mb i didn’t see the new study.

yes OP boil tf out that shit.
Be more careful next time, he could have drank it raw if it wasnt for us reading the scientific studies.

OP, boil it for 3 hours at max temp to kill all the bacteria and germs.

i will 100%. people here absorb info like its medical advice, gotta be extra careful now a days.

OP i’d do 3 hours MINIMUM, if u can do it over night it’s probably ideal.

Y drink milk from another species that's genetically designed for that specific species? This makes no logical sense.

Solomon why do you think cows milk is not ideal
Didn't you see my previous comment? It's genetically desgned for a baby calf. Not for an adult human. It makes no logical sense to consume tity fluids from another species not meant for us. Sure there are some benefits but the negatives outweigh the benefits.

Reasons:
1.) Not genetically designed for human consumption but a baby calf.
2.) Acidifying to the human body making one more susceptible to disease and inevitably leads to kidney stones, and acidosis causing osteoporosis.
3.) Leads to heart disease (other factors to consider but makes one a higher risk for developing heart disease).
4.) high in Arsenic
5.) Could cause gallbladder issues (if boiled)

"RAW" milk must be consumed after boiling

raw milk is basically milk directly from farm
u need to boil it to kill the bacteria inside

For human consumption as is fruit.
Your talk surrounding cows milk being dangerous makes no sense especially, raw milk considering it has all vitamins and tons of nutrients. Breast milk also has arsenic and it’s a low level to even bring that up is cherry picking and irrelevant.

This is a strawman argument. I didn't say it's dangerous. I just listed the potential eventual side effects it can lead to due to it's makeup.

It's not irrelevant as it's smart to keep arsenic consumption as loq as possible.

Again, I stated there are benefits to milk but the negatives outweigh the long term side effects. If you have the desire to live a shorter life and have a higher chance of the diseases I previously listed then feel free to enjoy your milk as much as your little heart desires.

Milk and dairy consumption is associated with reduced risk of some chronic diseases and had a beneficial effect on bone mineral density, but not risk of bone fracture.
Nice article but with just reading the article and not delving into the studies, the methodologies and funding or conflicts of interest, this article referenced a study that concluded milk leads to higher rates of osteoporosis and hip fractures as well as decreased lifespans.

You basically debunked your subhuman beliefs.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Again, some beneficial nutrients from raw milk isn't north the long term negative risks and unnecessary as one can obtain these nutrients from safer sources designed for human consumption.

What do u think about gerolsteiner?
Is this the natural spring water that's naturally a sparkling water because it's high in natural carbon and not infused with carbon?

Im not drinking half a gallon a day, poor argument to assume that since if you’re drinking too much water it can lead to internal drowning. The entire argument you’re making is that overdosing on milk is bad which I agree but drinking a glass of milk a day is just obviously beneficial.

Quite the contrary actually. Many users on here know I have a high IQ. You're coping with your defeat and attempting to use an ad hominem to cover for your poor choices and lack of understanding that have been exposed as illogical and actually a form of suicide.

I have been kind and given you a chance to improve yourself but you selected death and disease out of ignorance and having a closed mind.
