Should i bulk with unhealthy food

Im 15 and not trying to build muscle but exercise very hard. Im def growing (183cm). My question is should i keep it completely clean or 80% clean. If it is 80% i will get more calories and protein and stuff but maybe it would be bad?!
 
Bulking with unhealthy foods packed with sugars and carbs is healthy for the human body.

you already know the answer just asking this to have an excuse to take it easy lol
 
it doesn't matter as long as garbage doesn't exceed like 50% of your calories.
