i'm 16yrs 0 months old and 5 foot 9 and 130 pounds / 59kg and I have 0 muscle
I'm going to start gymmaxxing for the first time and most people say to do bulk/cut cycles but I saw some people say bulking makes you look fat and staying lean all year is better, I'm not sure if they are shit opinions or not. I'm in it for the long term so I don't really care if I look shit for a year as long as it pays off eventually.

What's your bodyfat percentage?

If you still have some fat to lose do a slow cut, eat high protein, and lift weights. You'll gain muscle while losing fat.

After getting lean, eat around a 100 - 200 calorie surplus, high protein, and lift. You'll gain muscle with barely any fat.

If I could redo my lifting from the start I would have cut down to 10% right away and then never allowed myself to go above 13%.
