Bulk but don't train chest as much. Focus more on the rest of the body.

Bulk. You have nothing but nothing noticeable. Cutting won't do jack shit unless you're focusing on leansmaxxing to become better facially. You can still do that after bulk.

Bulk since it’s the winter but avoid all sodium and keep carbs low. Eat a lot of potassium and take hibiscus tea to remove excess water stored in the face from bulking this makes you puffy. Once the bulk is over cutting will be effortless
