I feel like an uglier looking surgeon would have had to try harder in med school to get through and so is probably more skilled. Whereas a GL surgeon could of possibly passed through by fucking his professor.

Well if they knew what they are doing they would be able to give the exact details for another surgeon to get it right but instead you see them giving people crazy oversized implants and the rest.

I haven’t seen a recessed maxillofacial surgeon yet some are ugly because of their eye area or are balding etc..
