Yes, but i doubt names will affect that much when they can tell easily that you are chinese from looks alone i mean you can just use western name in non formal situation and in his case it's only middle name. In the end it's up to you, i'm not chinese i don't really know how bad is it to have chinese name but my suggestion is to avoid getting generic western names cause i've seen and know a lot of chinese have generic western names besides their original names
