Unsure as to why one side of my side profile is normie ans the other is subhuman. For overall appeal and facial harmony should I consider rhino or jaw surgery. Thanks

Why ? Because, based on this front profile picture, your current mouth to nose width ratio is approximately 1.18, significantly outside the ideal range (1.4-1.6).

Your mouth is narrow, but nothing can be reasonably done about it ; instead, you can reduce nose width to restore facial harmony.

Once you're done with that, you can decide to improve your jawline with fillers. No, it won't migrate (or marginally so) if you go to a competent injector and follow post-op guidelines.
