I heard castor contains prostaglandins which messes up the orbital fat on your eyelids. And yes i know its a laxative so how should i consume it?

P.s. the castor oil im using is cold pressed if that makes any difference

Castor oil has some interesting properties, but there’s not much solid evidence showing it harms orbital fat around the eyes, even though some people worry about that. If you’re using it as a laxative, you can take a small amount, like 1-2 tablespoons, but be careful since it’s pretty strong. If you're using it for skin or hair, cold-pressed is a better choice because it’s less processed, but just remember to use it in moderation. Are you using it for something specific?

This is literally the exact structure of a ChatGPT response, even down to the question at the end.

Prostaglandins in latisse cause orbital fat loss because you put in on your eyelashes. I think people have seen good results with no fat loss on their eyebrows

So consuming oral castor oil will not fuck your orbital fat

Alright so, but would consuming it be better than applying it topically?

Was referring to castor oil.

Is there any written benefits to taking it orally anywhere or is it just based of anecdotal experiences
