I am 16yo male 185cm 70kg.
Im working out 5 times a week and my goal is to bulk. I do 120-150 pushups before every workout. Is it to much for my triceps bcs im doing it two times a week?

Why do you do them ?
If it is to warm up, only do them on days when you load the shoulders and elbows, and maybe it is a lot and 50 or so can be enough
If it is for hypertrophy, there's no point in doing that much volume everyday

Regardless, if you enjoy it and it makes you like your training more, keep them in your regimen, be sure not to get an overuse injury (doing the same movement pattern very often and with no variations)

I started doing them a month ago and i think if i stop that i will lose strenght
