Theoretically, the only ways would be to increase supraorbital fat, make the orbitals more compact, or increase brow ridge prominence. I guess you can try using adipogenic lab chemicals(kek) on your supraorbitals for more fat. Idt making the orbits more compact is even possible. For brow ridge prominence, I guess testmaxx.
