so i'm gonna give you some real advice
my man you need to lose the bloat or get bone structure and you'll be looking A LOT better with that alone

after that i would also advise you to get almond eye surgery with taban in los angeles california, your current eyes are very big and buglike

(achievable result, i morphed this to the result of a previous person who got almond eyes surgery)
i would say at this point you're set, but you look like you're balding, you might also wanna get a hair transplant or hairline reduction surgery if you just have a big forehead
