I've been cutting for 2 months now and have been planning to stop at the end of January. Do I start lean bulking, recomp, or do an extended cut? 14 years old, 179 cm, 60.3 kg.

bro your in peak development, if you lose too much bf your hormones will be messed up through puberty, lean bulk till a healthy weight and bf and just maintain it.

start the bulk rn bro
tbh dont really focus on bulking lean, just stuff yourself with food and eat until like 70-75 kg
if you dont bulk your going to build little to no muscle while in a bulk you gain muscle and fat
the order should always be: 1.bulk(=fat+muscle) 2.cut(=lose fat+weight) 3.repeat

bulk bro, what do u think + start hitting the gym, and if you are already, go to it more. there's little to no benefit in cutting or bulking if you dont pair it with lifting
 
Alright, I'm starting a lean bulk on February since I'm getting fried for the skinniness :lul:

you look around 10 percent, slightly unideal unless ur naturally at that percent but i can assume ur not considering youve been cutting therefore get to around 12 percent to ensure normal hormonal function whilst you develop

Nigga why should you cut just build muscle by eating healthy bulking makes you often fat. Try gaining weight healthy and by cutting at your age just will destroy your growth. Muscles at ur age aren't really important you need just to eat healthy and sleep well.

Also train ur back your posture isn't optimal for growth
