Should I cut until im like 150 or start building muscle?

So im around 6'4 180lbs 24% bf, I have basically no muscle cause I was like 300lbs and cut down, I have no extra skin and only mild stretch marks on my shoulders, im thinking whether I should just keep cutting rapidly, eating around 1000 calories and taking dnp sometimes, to get down to like 140-150, where I should be lean but have no fat, then build muscle. Or go into a light 500 deficit where I eat enough protein and lift 5times a week, so I build muscle and lose fat at the same time. My goal is for my face to look as good as possible by mid July, also it would be good for my physique to look good but I doubt thats possible in the time.
 
You should get to 15% bf at least

But like which way? the massive deficit or the slow deficit but I also build muscle?
 
how tf are you 24%bf at your weight and height wtf

in any case, bf for best physique (that doesnt make you feel awful) is 10-15%, but peak test for most guys is between 12-15% afaik so just cut to 15 then decide if you want to cut further based on how you feel. also, you can still build mass in a cut (when fat) but results wont be as good when bulking
