So im around 6'4 180lbs 24% bf, I have basically no muscle cause I was like 300lbs and cut down, I have no extra skin and only mild stretch marks on my shoulders, im thinking whether I should just keep cutting rapidly, eating around 1000 calories and taking dnp sometimes, to get down to like 140-150, where I should be lean but have no fat, then build muscle. Or go into a light 500 deficit where I eat enough protein and lift 5times a week, so I build muscle and lose fat at the same time. My goal is for my face to look as good as possible by mid July, also it would be good for my physique to look good but I doubt thats possible in the time.
