Should I do a 12.5k LL surgery out of desperation?

My plan was to get a LL from Paley in my late twenties (28-30) for 100k+.
Now I got in contact with a Turkish LL clinic who offers LL with ilizarov method for 12.5k. That's a realistic price I could afford in 3-4 years. But the ilizarov method is really offputting to me and I don't know if I should trust that much. They also offer other methods for 50k, but I don't know how I'll earn that money anytime soon.
I'll soon have a video chat with a patient who's done LL with this surgeon. I'm really excited.
I'm 19 now. If I can get LL at 24 my life will change a lot if it goes right. Would enjoy decades of being tall.
