Ive not gymcelled since January so I've lost all my gains, but I'm going to start going again in a couple of weeks. I want to try lgd because I cant live another day as a lanklet skinnycel
 
Tbh yes. Im thinking about running a cycle of rad140 and mk677 and im considering to add lgd on top of it.

try natty gymcelling for 2 months u never know if your muscle memory kick in quick. @goldpill

From what I've read you're better choosing either rad or lgd and not both. I will take mk677 too though for the sleep and appetite gains

Rad if you want strenght gains and dry, lean muscle
LGD if you want to have big, bloated size.

I was still pretty skinny though I had only been going for like 7 months inconsistently. I'll do 2 weeks natty then start 5mg lgd and do a 10 week cycle

5mg is too low i think. Go with higher dose and get a PCT

well you are going inconsistently you might not even have muscle maturity for muscle memory try building consistency now buddy boyo,

Yeah it might be. I could always start like 7.5 or 10mg then drop it a bit if the sides are annoying. I'm thinking of copying this random Reddit guys cycle where he starts enclo at week 3

I was probably going on average 3 times a week. My bench plateaued at 70kg though because I didn't eat properly or train hard enough. Natty lifting is just boring though I wanna do a cycle as soon as possible

Rad 140 + Mk677 would be my best advice, I bought mine from NewSarms and they give me well results
