Should i do braces? And dreads

The most constant comment i get is that need bsso or bimax, sadly my uncle prince of nigeria hasnt give me the money yet and my friends tell me to get braces but i am scaredñ that would fuck up my maxilla idk if that really happen tbh, i was thinking just fake with a beard or get a wraparound jaw implants since my gonions since inward, also can i get those dreads? Friends say i am too white for it i think they look cool
