Should I do calisthenics for decent muscle

I just don’t want to be super muscular. I just want a good base that’ll help me through my daily life.

Should I wait till my injury heals than get into it?

That's what I'm planning on doing starting in the new year. No free weights for me
 
What’s your workout plan?
Just cardio and upper body exercises (pull ups, dips, chest press, etc..). Still recovering from my concussion so I don't plan to go too hard

Bro I need to do cardio more. It’s so awful that I’ve been getting lazier these past few weeks

Skipping is the best cardio if you can handle it
 
i only do calisthenics
