I fast for 6 hours after waking up but then I starve at night and end up ruining everything, jflI have become master of fasting I almost never crash out even though I routinely starve until 4- even 6pm

if you really want to... what u could do is do a small aggressive cut (6-8 weeks at 700 deficit) and then start leanbulking... but thats just what i think
