Should I do cardio when cutting or will it make me crashout?

Im 17 5'9 155 with 20-25% bodyfat, is cardio worth it while starvemaxxing down to 8% bodyfat or will it make me hungrier and weaker?

Not recommending, i did fasted sprints and if i didnt eat after, i would die. You will end up hungrier and weaker, wont even be able to think well after it :ogre:

I have become master of fasting I almost never crash out even though I routinely starve until 4- even 6pm

15k steps a day is all the cardio you need

What if I do OMAD and just eat my 1000 calories after sprinitng? Is that viable?

I fast for 6 hours after waking up but then I starve at night and end up ruining everything, jfl

Thats good, i didnt eat till 16:00 and ate two times after, but more calories then 1000 cuz i was testmaxing, i was feeling the best ever, 1000 calories are enough

genuinely go to the fucking gym.. you have an ffmi of like 17 :lul::lul::lul:

if you really want to... what u could do is do a small aggressive cut (6-8 weeks at 700 deficit) and then start leanbulking... but thats just what i think

and fasting doesnt matter anywhere near as much as protein intake and calorie intake

Bruh my shoulders get injured so easily I always train and get insane newbie gains for a couple weeks then have to quit jfl stuck in skinny fat hell

dude i dont get what your having trouble with... calorie deficit and some cardio = fat loss
adequate protein intake with your newbie gains = muscle gain
???

obviously if your more advanced its almost impossible to gain muscle in a deficit but you clearly arent if your skinny fat
