might see how fast i can get to 131lbs. I’ve lost 50lbs in 1.2 months before though, 29lbs shouldn’t take too long.

i was 180lbs and i think about 5 ft 10 at the time, i was fasting for most of that month and i was doing Muay Thai every day (which fucking sucked but i got through it lol) which burns precisely 1200 calories per 2 hours.

I can see why you think i’m larping though.

I'm 5'9 and I burn 1700 calories per day as my bmr. One pound of fat is 3500 calories.

Calculating calories burned via exercise is tedious and typically not accurate.

It's very hard to burn 1200 cals in two hours especially with such a variable activity like Mauy Thai.

I fast 1-3 days a week depending on how much I eat on days I don't fast.

I lose 4-5 pounds a month and take a lot of supplements when I eat food + high fiber.

I feel great and don't have deficiencies.

I was wrong by 200 calories. But my activity level is intense, or was at the time. I mean, i was an athlete. And obviously it was dangerous and i could’ve probably even died. i also did develop a vitamin deficiency or two a long the way and was prescribed vitamin b12 by the doctor. Vitamin deficiencies aren’t permanent though, so i don’t care.

B vitamin deficiencies should be a meme honestly it's a water-soluble vitamin that you can't overdose on so buy this:

That has folic acid and pyridoxine. Both are bad forms of vitamins.
