I dropped out of sixth form and for the past year and I’ve been a NEET/travelling since. I turned 19 recently so I won’t be able to go back to an actual sixth form, but colleges are still an option. I want to get back into education after speaking to a highly successful dentist who told me he didn’t even graduate from dentistry till 30 and that it’s never too late.

I’ve been looking at apprenticeships, but most of them run for a minimum of three/four years whereas a levels are just two. This means I’d have to go back to England and stay there for a couple of years which I don’t really want to do, but looking at apprenticeships they do seem like a better option.

Has anyone here switched from a levels to an apprenticeship or wished they did an apprenticeship over a levels?

Fair enough. I was reading around on Reddit and it seems normal for people our age who should’ve completed sixth form to go back, even if you are in classes with 16/17 year olds.

If I go back it does give me another chance at a social opportunity, Ive experienced a lot in the time I dropped out that will make college easy.

the main reason ive always done so shit in school is because of how i get treated when i go there, i feel lonely and so i didnt wanna study afterwards i wanted to just cope, i wish i realised this sooner, school isnt for making friends if ur sub 5 it's just to secure better future, water ik but fuck me man i hate myself for not knowing this

There were some insanely subhuman kids at my college who still had friends, even female friends. But they were in like a type of niche that had something similar to talk about or be able to make friends easily. If you can’t make friends normally then you have to do something like that, but it’s hard when you have nothing in common with people unless they are an autistic psler.

I could’ve made friends but I had weird circumstances that are too long to explain, it wasn’t much to do about my looks. I would lock myself in a cubicle and watch movies during my frees whilst people were out socialising and doing normal teenage things. It was all my fault really.

19 is still young so I'd go back to studying if you flunk out you can fall back on an apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship clears studying If you really want to go to uni you can always do an access to he course which is 1 year.

Imo though only degree apprenticeships are worth it

You could always just sit your a levels privately, or contact local colleges or six forms to let you sit just the exams (costs money) but you don’t have to go college everyday, and can use the extra time, you else wouldn’t have, more productively. And it’s just 1 year

My ex when i was 16 cheated on me with a 5'5" subhuman fillipino. Made me question my whole existence as i mog this guy to the moon and back, even as a tall mtn generic white guy myself.

What do you want to do ? If you want to be a dentist/ medical field, you’ll need to reset A-levels and get the best grades, plus you’ll need to sit those medical entrance exams.

How much money do you make online ?
waiting on my first royalties where i'm expecting 1.5k profit per month
if no takedowns / issues with distros then now i know the formula and can scale to my goal - 40k revenue and around 30-35k profit each month by the end of this year

then ill quit my 9-5 which nets me almost 6k a month after tax - done remotely as well

if i continued doing data annotation for even 3 hours a day i could net 3600 a month but too much work, prolly gonna outsource it to some minute worker and keep 90% of the profit :lul:

there's too many ways to make money online
