So basically I saw this vid yesterday about a study done people added like 50 pounds to their bench and they trained bench press everyday one top set of 1 rep max then other smaller for volume
I did pull today and yesterday was upper and I felt so good I added weight I added reps easily
I’m tempted to do pull AGAIN tomorrow
