Test is cheap asf probably 30-50 for 10 weeks + you wont get any side effects if u run a TRT dosage. (I wouldn‘t go above 250mg)

Mastrubating never really gotten me any acne tbh, only thing giving me acne is diet. You might wanna run Accutane (for acne) with Tretinoin (for acne scars) and see how it goes. But when u do test and inject more frequently to keep ur levels abt the same u wont get hormonal imbalance and avoid getting acne from the test.
