I want to drop my friends for being friend or even just talking to with this guy is it justified?
For context
Ex1=my 2nd most recent ex girlfriend and assholes current girlfriend.
Ex2=most recent ex girlfriend.
Asshole=Guy I’m gonna drop friends for being with friends with him.
Okay so basically asshole was my friend right one of my closest friends at the time we met the summer before my sophomore year when I was doing jiujitsu (I had just started talking to (ex1 at this time) and we were fasted friends and when school started he was going into freshman year and we had study hall together and became even closer and I me and ex1 started dating. He and ex1 had Art class together and I never thought much about it. So anyway when we were in study hall asshole used to ask me about having me and ex1 having sex and he asked for like details of what happened each time this he would ask like every study hall after the weekend and I thought it was a little weird but i honestly told him. One time during lunch I was sitting with ex1 and her friends and asshole came up to me and asked me for money to buy an ice cream and I didn’t have any but ex1 gave him some and when he walked away she said. “He’s like my son” I didn’t think anything of any of that. But anyway time went on asshole still asking me about that stuff than ex1 broke up with me and I was really down and in study hall I made a joke to asshole about wanting to end it. And he told ex1 for like no reason. Anyway me and ex1 got back together a few days later and after like 3 weeks she dumped me again and I was devastated I wanted her back and everyone knew. Then I found out ex1 was trying to get with her ex and I told people and I told asshole and he said “what a bitch”. And a few weeks went on and I asked asshole how ex1 seemed like if she was happy and he said yes and asked if it I asked because l knew he started to like her and I said “what? No I was just checking in I don’t care” I didn’t no that and I brushed it aside bc I wasn’t thinking straight or that ex1 would ever be interested in him. Anyway apparently he took my “I don’t care” as a complete go ahead I told my other friend and he messaged asshole telling him “it’s fucked up what he’s doing” and assholes said “he said he didnt care” but he knows that not what I meant he knew I wanted her back. He also said he didnt wanna ruin our friendship over a stupid girl. I was walking in the hall asshole was walking with ex1 and he goes “HI” to me almost as if it was to mock me. A few weeks pass he asked her out and it completely destroyed me. A few months ago ex2 broke up with me and part of the reason was that she thought I still had a thing for ex1 bc I talked about how I hated asshole. I want to drop all my friends who still talk to him but people saying im immature but he really fucked me up man and I’m worried my girlfriend rn will think the same thing as ex2 if I try and vent to her and tell her why I’m dropping my friends.
