Regarding eyebrows, the best color for them is to match whatever color the hair on top of your head is. Having one color on your eyebrows and another on top of your head looks terrible. It makes me think of those mildly overweight foids with hair dyed blonde, drawn on black eyebrows, with a fake tan and black yoga pants. What's important is the shape of the eyebrow. Make sure the border is well defined and not fuzzy. Make sure they don't look unruly. Make sure they're neither too thin nor too thick, but that's a hard balance to find. If you have the balls to do so, ask girls at your school to send you photo examples through snapchat of which male celebrities they think have the "most attractive eyebrows" or "best eye area"...hopefully females your age don't have their brains rotten to the point they can't even give you a good answer on that. If the foids at your school can't give you a good answer (which wouldn't be surprising) then just google "most handsome blonde man" and try to copy the eyebrow shape you like the most off google images :/

Regarding your eye area, it looks mostly fine, but it's hard to say for certain because that photo you took of yourself has way more lighting on one side of your face than the other. You would have to take a photo of your face with WAY more lighting, with the lighting equally illuminating both sides of your face, for me to be able to say for certain that your eye area is fine.
