Leave the lashes as they are or it might look like makeup, the brows however could use some work as someone mentioned to add density for a more "fuller" look but not necessarily adding dye because the color is fine already.

Your already good looking, no major falios, moderate ones would be your philtrum, asymmetry and you height to width ratio, back sleeping + androgens would fix all of these, except your philtrum but it would give the illusion of a smaller one
